NOTE: If payment is not received by the respective discounted deadline, then your balance due will be adjusted according to the time line and respective rates as noted above.

ONSITE PAYMENTS: Please note that neither Purchase Orders nor Personal Checks will be accepted on-site. Attendees must provide a valid Credit Card or a Business/Institution Check at time of Check-In to cover all Registration Fees. When paying onsite, please note that onsite rates will apply.
CANCELLATIONS
Notification of registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the RCMI2012 Secretariat. Registration cancellations occurring prior to October 5, 2012 will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after October 5, 2012. Refunds will be distributed no later than 30 days after the close of the Symposium.
